Our Return Policy

Refunds

We appreciate your business and we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price.  You must make contact with Customer Service within 15 days upon the delivery and the product must be received back in our warehouse within 30 days from the delivery date. We require customers to ship back at least 80% of the original order of opened product to:

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a refund of the original purchase price, and you must place a new order for a replacement product. You may contact our Customer Service Team to assist you in placing a new order. Contact us at Service@CoppaCoffeeandTea.com or call us toll-free at (704) 971-1600.


If customer is requesting a product refund or an exchange. Any unopened product will also need to be sent in for a refund or exchange. Upon receipt of the product we will review the request and issue credit/exchange for the prior purchase. You must make contact with Customer Service within 15 days upon the delivery and the product must be received back in our warehouse within 30 days from the delivery date.
